ROWAN MCDONNELL

Rowan is a world-class Ultimate player, coach, and ambassador with a proven track record at the highest levels of the sport. He has represented the United States at multiple World Championships in both beach and grass Ultimate, earned numerous top honors, coached more than 25 youth, college, and professional programs, and reached over one million viewers through his educational content on social media. Through Excel Ultimate, Rowan aims to make high-level Ultimate training accessible to players around the world.
