Last updated: 10.08.2026
These Contractual Terms of Services (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the services offered by Chimera Community LLC through the website www.chimeracommunity.com and any related platforms, forms or communication channels used by Chimera Community LLC.
These Terms apply in addition to the general Terms and Conditions of the website, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the general Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail with respect to the services governed by this document.
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, registering for an event, tournament, clinic, class, training session, online service or other activity, purchasing merchandise, making a payment or otherwise using the services, the user accepts these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory consumer protection, data protection or other statutory rights that may apply to users under the laws of their country of residence.

2. Scope of the Services
These Terms apply to services offered or made available by Chimera Community LLC, including, without limitation:
- Memberships and related benefits.
- Participation in events, tournaments and community activities.
- Clinics, classes, training sessions and online services.
- Online meetings, educational activities and community programmes.
- Merchandising and related orders.
- Partner benefits, discounts or third-party opportunities.
- Other services announced, offered or made available from time to time.
The specific content, availability, price, duration and conditions of each service are described on the website, in the relevant registration form, in the selected membership plan or in specific communications issued by Chimera Community LLC.
3. Users and Minors
The services may be used by adults.
Minors may access or participate in the services only with the consent, authorisation and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, where required.
Where a service, event, tournament, training session or activity involves a minor, the parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that they have full authority to register the minor, accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf, provide all required information and grant any necessary permissions.
Chimera Community LLC may request evidence of parental or guardian authority where reasonably necessary.
Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in relation to minors and for ensuring that the minor complies with these Terms and any applicable rules of conduct.
4. Membership
4.1 Membership Subscription
A membership grants access to the services, benefits and features included in the membership plan selected by the user.
The content and benefits of each membership plan are described on the website or in the relevant registration materials.
Certain services, benefits or features may be announced before they become available. Chimera Community LLC will use reasonable efforts to activate such services progressively. However, the absence, delay or modification of a non-material feature shall not give rise to a refund or price reduction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Where a service or benefit constitutes a material and specifically paid component of a membership plan and is not provided, the user may be entitled to the remedies required by applicable law.
4.2 Membership Fee
The membership fee is payable in accordance with the price and payment conditions displayed on the website or in the relevant registration form.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by Chimera Community LLC or required by applicable law, membership fees are non-refundable once the relevant membership period has begun.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or statutory withdrawal rights that may apply.
4.3 Prices and Payments
Prices for memberships and services are indicated on the website or in the relevant registration forms.
Prices may be displayed in euros for convenience. Chimera Community LLC reserves the right to charge in United States dollars or in another equivalent currency, where indicated at checkout or in the relevant payment instructions.
Payment is deemed completed only when the relevant amount has been actually received by Chimera Community LLC or by the payment processor acting on its behalf.
Any bank charges, currency conversion costs or payment processing fees applied by the user’s bank or payment provider are the user’s responsibility, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4.4. Cancellation and Termination of Membership
A user may cancel their membership renewal in accordance with the cancellation procedure made available by Chimera Community LLC.
Cancellation prevents renewal for future membership periods but does not, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by Chimera Community LLC, entitle the user to a refund for the current paid membership period.
Where memberships are structured on an annual basis, cancellation during the year shall take effect at the end of the current membership period, unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Chimera Community LLC may suspend or terminate a membership where the user:
- Fails to pay amounts due.
- Provides false, incomplete or misleading information.
- Breaches these Terms.
- Breaches applicable rules of conduct.
- Acts in a manner that may create safety risks, reputational harm, legal risk or disruption to the community.
- Engages in abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, fraudulent or unlawful conduct.
Upon termination, Chimera Community LLC may deactivate or restrict the user account and cancel access to future services, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
4.5 Reactivation
A terminated or expired membership may be reactivated only through a new registration or payment, subject to the conditions and prices applicable at the time of reactivation.
Chimera Community LLC is not obliged to reinstate previous benefits, discounts, priority status or historical conditions unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Included Services and Third-Party Benefits
Depending on the selected membership plan, the membership may include access to certain services, benefits or advantages provided directly by Chimera Community LLC or made available through third-party partners.
Third-party services may include, without limitation, services offered by insurance providers, event organisers, travel or accommodation providers, payment providers, commercial partners, technical providers, training providers or other external operators.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Chimera Community LLC does not act as an insurer, broker, travel agent, payment institution, regulated intermediary or direct provider of third-party services.
Third-party services are governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, exclusions, limitations and policies of the relevant third-party provider.
Chimera Community LLC does not guarantee the availability, continuity, performance, quality, outcome or suitability of third-party services.
Any claim, dispute, complaint or issue relating to third-party services must be addressed directly to the relevant provider, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that the user may have under applicable law.
Services, benefits, discounts, programmes, consultations, training, resources or other opportunities offered by independent third-party partners are provided directly by the relevant third party and not by Chimera Community LLC, unless expressly stated
otherwise. The user may therefore be required to communicate directly with the relevant partner and to accept the partner’s own terms, privacy policy, cancellation policy or other applicable conditions.
Third-party services, benefits and offers may be subject to availability, eligibility requirements, capacity, geographical restrictions or other conditions determined by the relevant partner. Chimera Community LLC does not guarantee the availability or continued availability of a third-party service or offer, that a partner will accept a user’s request, application or booking, any response or response time from the partner, specific appointment dates, schedules or delivery times, the prices, discounts or conditions applied by the partner, or the continuation of any particular partnership, discount, benefit or service.
Third-party partners may modify, suspend, refuse or discontinue their services, prices, availability or conditions independently of Chimera Community LLC. Chimera Community LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, refusals, availability,
quality or performance of services provided directly by third-party partners.
Any complaint, dispute, refund request or claim relating directly to a service provided by a third-party partner should normally be addressed to that partner. Chimera Community LLC may assist with communication where reasonably possible but does not guarantee the resolution of any dispute involving a third-party partner.
Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any responsibility of Chimera Community LLC that cannot lawfully be excluded or that arises from obligations expressly undertaken by Chimera Community LLC itself.
6. Support and Communications
Chimera Community LLC may provide support by email and, for certain plans or services, through Telegram, WhatsApp or other communication channels.
The availability of support channels and response times may vary depending on the selected membership plan, the nature of the request and operational needs.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Chimera Community LLC does not guarantee continuous or immediate support.
Service-related communications may be sent by email, account notification, messaging channels or other contact details provided by the user.
The user is responsible for ensuring that their contact details are accurate and up to date.
7. Events and Tournaments
7.1 Registration
Registration for events and tournaments organised by Chimera Community LLC is carried out through the website, online forms or other registration channels indicated by Chimera Community LLC.
Registration alone does not guarantee participation.
Participation may be subject to:
- Availability of places.
- Maximum number of participants.
- Roster composition.
- Required skill level.
- Age or eligibility requirements.
- Safety or organisational requirements.
- Selection criteria applicable to competitive tournaments.
- Payment of the applicable fee.
- Validation by Chimera Community LLC or event staff.
7.2 Payment and Validation
Following registration, the user may be required to pay the applicable registration fee within seven days, or within any other deadline communicated by Chimera Community LLC.
Until payment is received, the registration is not confirmed and the place may be allocated to another participant.
Where payment is made before final validation, the payment is treated as conditional. If the registration is refused by Chimera Community LLC, the amount paid will be refunded in accordance with these Terms.
Event staff will use reasonable efforts to validate or refuse registrations as soon as reasonably possible. However, no fixed deadline for validation or refusal is guaranteed, unless expressly stated for a specific event.
The user acknowledges that they should not incur non-refundable travel, accommodation or personal expenses before receiving final confirmation of participation.
Chimera Community LLC shall not be liable for travel, accommodation or other personal expenses incurred before final confirmation, except where required by applicable law.
7.3 Waiting List and Replacement
At the time of registration, the user may be invited to indicate their availability in case they are placed on a waiting list.
The user may be asked to choose among options such as:
- Availability to participate as a replacement regardless of notice period.
- Availability to participate as a replacement only with a minimum notice period.
- Automatic withdrawal if placed on a waiting list.
These preferences are used by Chimera Community LLC to manage waiting lists and rosters.
If another participant withdraws, users on the waiting list may be contacted and added to the roster.
If a user has indicated that they do not accept waiting list participation, their registration may be refused and any amount paid will be refunded.
Refunds connected with waiting list management may be processed manually and may occur before or after the event, depending on organisational constraints.
7.4 Competitive Tournaments
Competitive tournaments may be subject to enhanced selection criteria.
Priority registration included in certain membership plans does not guarantee admission to competitive tournaments.
Selection may depend on technical level, roster balance, competitive requirements, availability of roles, staff assessment or other sporting and organisational criteria.
The decision of Chimera Community LLC or the relevant tournament staff regarding roster composition and selection is final, subject to applicable law.
8. Cancellation and Refunds for Events and Tournaments
8.1 Cancellation by the User
If the user withdraws from an event or tournament after registration has been confirmed, the following refund policy applies, unless different conditions are stated for the specific event or required by applicable law:
| Time of Withdrawal Before the Event | Refund |
| More than one month before the event | 100% |
| Between three and four weeks before the event | 75% |
| Between two and three weeks before the event | 50% |
| Less than two weeks before the event | No refund |
Any withdrawal request must be sent in writing to support@chimeracommunity.com.
The date of receipt of the written withdrawal request will determine the applicable refund level.$
8.2 No-Show
In the event of a no-show, no refund is provided.
For the purposes of these Terms, “no-show” means the user’s failure to attend the event or tournament without prior written notice within the applicable cancellation period, or an unjustified absence at the time and place scheduled for the start of the activity.
8.3 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed manually and are generally issued within thirty days from the date on which the refund is approved or becomes due.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method or another method reasonably selected by Chimera Community LLC.
Any refund is subject to applicable payment processing times and bank procedures.
9. Cancellation, Rescheduling or Modification by Chimera Community LLC
Chimera Community LLC may cancel, reschedule, relocate or modify an event, tournament or activity for organisational, safety, legal, technical, weather-related, health-related, force majeure or other reasonable reasons.
In such cases, Chimera Community LLC may offer one or more of the following options:
- Rescheduling of the event to a later date.
- Participation in an alternative event.
- Issuance of a credit usable for future events.
- A full or partial refund of the amount paid.
Where cancellation is attributable to Chimera Community LLC and no equivalent alternative is provided, the user will be entitled to a refund of the event fee paid, except where the cancellation is due to force majeure or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Chimera Community LLC shall not be liable for indirect costs incurred by the user, including travel, accommodation, equipment, visas, personal expenses or loss of opportunity, except where required by applicable law.
10. Specific Conditions for Benefits Events
10.1 Participation and Organisational Duties
Certain tournaments, events, gatherings, raduni or other activities may be offered as Benefits Events, whether organised directly by Chimera Community LLC or in collaboration with third- party organisers, including BB-Sea, UCB or other partners.
Eligible members may receive free participation, reduced fees, accommodation, meals or other benefits in exchange for assisting, on a voluntary basis, with the preparation, organisation or operation of the event.
Participation in a Benefits Event is voluntary and does not create any employment, subordination, agency or other similar relationship with Chimera Community LLC or the relevant organiser. The benefits made available are not, and shall not be construed as, remuneration, wages or consideration for work, but constitute association-related advantages and reimbursements connected with the member’s voluntary involvement.
Depending on the event and the assigned role, including Staff or Superstaff, members may be asked to assist before, during or after the event, and may operate under the coordination of the relevant event organiser rather than Chimera Community LLC.
Members participating under these conditions agree to follow the reasonable instructions, schedules and assignments communicated by Chimera Community LLC, its designated representatives or the relevant event organiser; to make themselves available during the periods required for their assigned role; to carry out their assigned tasks responsibly and cooperate with the event organisation; and to promptly inform Chimera Community LLC if they are unable to attend or fulfil their commitments.
Participation remains voluntary and is not legally enforceable as a work obligation. However, failure to fulfil the agreed tasks without a legitimate reason may result in the loss of the associated benefits and may be taken into account when determining eligibility for future Benefits Events.
10.2 Late Cancellation and Compensation
Benefits provided in connection with these events, including accommodation, meals, registration fees or other services, may be reserved or paid in advance based on the member’s confirmed participation.
If the member withdraws less than fourteen (14) days before the official start of the event without a legitimate reason, Chimera Community LLC may request reimbursement of the costs actually incurred and not recoverable in connection with the member’s participation, up to a maximum of EUR 50 (or the equivalent amount in the currency of the transaction).
Any such reimbursement is intended solely to contribute towards documented, non-recoverable costs and organisational commitments already incurred, and not as a penalty. It may apply regardless of whether participation was offered free of charge, at a reduced price or under other preferential conditions.
Where Chimera Community LLC or the relevant organiser cancels the member’s confirmed participation in a Benefits Event at short notice and without offering an equivalent alternative, the member shall be entitled to a corresponding remedy for documented, non-recoverable costs reasonably incurred, subject to applicable law.
Any amount payable under this Section is separate from any refund applicable under Section 8.
10.3 Replacement Participant
As an alternative to reimbursing the costs referred to in Section 11.2, the member may propose a replacement participant.
The replacement must be eligible to participate in the relevant event; have, where relevant, the same gender and a reasonably comparable profile; be available and able to fulfil the applicable Staff, Superstaff or organisational tasks; accept the applicable event conditions; and be approved by Chimera Community LLC and, where applicable, the relevant event organiser.
Proposing a replacement does not automatically release the original member from the reimbursement referred to in Section 11.2. The reimbursement obligation will be waived once the replacement has been accepted and confirmed by Chimera Community LLC.
Nothing in this Section limits any mandatory rights that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
11. Travel, Accommodation and External Arrangements
Unless expressly stated in writing, Chimera Community LLC does not provide travel agency services and does not organise travel packages.
Users are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transport, accommodation, visas, travel documents, insurance and personal expenses.
Any travel or accommodation arrangements made by users are made at their own risk.
Chimera Community LLC shall not be responsible for costs, losses, cancellations or issues relating to travel, accommodation or other external arrangements, except where required by applicable law.
Where Chimera Community LLC merely facilitates access to information or third-party offers, the relevant third-party provider remains solely responsible for the service provided.
12. Shop and Merchandising
12.1 Prices and Payments
Merchandising prices are indicated on the website, in order forms or in specific communications and may be expressed in euros, United States dollars or another currency indicated at the time of purchase.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, payment processor or another method communicated by Chimera Community LLC.
Payment is deemed completed only upon actual receipt of the amount by Chimera Community LLC or by the relevant payment processor.
12.2 Orders, Pre-Orders and Custom Items
Certain merchandise may be produced on demand, pre-ordered, customised, personalised or made available in limited quantities.
Where an item is customised, personalised or made to order, cancellation or refund rights may be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Estimated production or delivery times are indicative only, unless expressly stated as binding.
12.3 Cancellation and Refunds
A cancellation or refund may be available where the order has not yet been placed with the supplier, produced, personalised, shipped or otherwise processed.
Once the order has been processed, cancellation may no longer be possible, unless required by applicable law or expressly accepted by Chimera Community LLC.
No refund requests will be considered more than three months after the payment date, except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation or refund requests must be sent by email to:
support@chimeracommunity.com
This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply, including rights relating to defective, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied goods.
12.4 Delivery
Delivery may take place during Chimera events, associated gatherings or other collection opportunities organised by Chimera Community LLC.
Delivery may also be carried out manually by authorised collaborators or third parties.
Where shipping is available, shipping conditions, costs, timelines and risks will be communicate separately.
The user is responsible for providing accurate delivery or collection information.
13. Clinics, LOTUS and Training Services
13.1 Registration
Registration for clinics, classes, online meetings, LOTUS meetings, private sessions or training services constitutes a reservation of the relevant service.
The applicable price, schedule, content and delivery method are indicated on the website, in registration forms or in specific communications.
13.2 Non-Attendance and Rescheduling
If a user does not attend a monthly LOTUS meeting, the service cannot be recovered for the month concerned, unless otherwise stated by Chimera Community LLC.
For private sessions, one rescheduling is allowed if requested within the deadline communicated by Chimera Community LLC or, if no deadline is stated, within a reasonable period before the session.
A second no-show or failure to attend a rescheduled private session results in the definitive loss of the service without refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13.3 Online Services
Online services may be provided through third-party platforms.
The user is responsible for ensuring that they have an adequate internet connection, compatible device and any required software or access credentials.
Chimera Community LLC is not responsible for technical issues attributable to the user’s device, connection or third-party platform, except where required by applicable law.
14. Physical Fitness, Medical Information and Insurance
Participation in sporting, training or physical activities may involve inherent risks.
By registering for or participating in such activities, the participant confirms that they are in adequate physical condition and capable of participating safely.
Where the participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian provides this confirmation on behalf of the minor.
Medical certificate requirements may vary depending on the type of activity, the location of the event, the applicable rules, insurance conditions and legal requirements.
Chimera Community LLC may request a valid medical certificate, health declaration, emergency contact information or other health-related information where required by law, by insurance conditions, by event organisers or where reasonably necessary for safety and risk prevention.
Failure to provide required or reasonably requested information may result in refusal, suspension or exclusion from participation.
Participants are responsible for providing complete, accurate and non-misleading information regarding their fitness, health limitations, allergies, injuries or other circumstances relevant to safe participation.
Any absence of medical certification or inaccurate health information may affect insurance coverage in the event of an accident.
Chimera Community LLC shall not be liable for injury, damage or loss resulting from inadequate physical condition, undisclosed health issues or incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information provided by the participant, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Insurance
Certain activities may be covered by insurance policies made available by Chimera Community LLC, event organisers, sports bodies, venues or third-party providers.
The scope, limits, exclusions, eligibility conditions and claim procedures of any insurance coverage are governed exclusively by the relevant policy documents and by the terms of the insurance provider.
Chimera Community LLC does not act as an insurer or insurance broker and does not guarantee that any specific injury, loss, damage or event will be covered.
Participants are encouraged to obtain personal insurance appropriate to the nature of the activity, including travel, health, accident and liability insurance where relevant.
16. Rules of Conduct and Safety
Users and participants must behave respectfully, lawfully and safely at all times.
Users and participants must comply with:
- These Terms.
- Event rules and instructions.
- Venue rules.
- Safety instructions.
- Instructions from Chimera Community LLC staff, coaches, organisers or authorised collaborators.
- Applicable laws and regulations.
Users and participants must not engage in conduct that is unlawful, unsafe, violent, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, disruptive or damaging to Chimera Community LLC, other participants, partners, venues or third parties.
Chimera Community LLC may refuse admission, remove a participant from an activity, suspend access or terminate membership where it reasonably considers that the user’s conduct creates a safety risk, legal risk, reputational risk, operational disruption or breach of these Terms.
No refund will be due where exclusion, suspension or termination results from the user’s breach of these Terms, misconduct or safety-related removal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
17. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
- Ensuring they satisfy eligibility requirements.
- Complying with payment obligations.
- Checking event details, dates, locations, requirements and communications.
- Arranging personal travel, accommodation and insurance where required.
- Complying with applicable laws and rules.
- Ensuring that minors under their responsibility comply with these Terms.
Users acknowledge that participation in sports, training, travel-related activities, events and community activities may involve risks, including physical injury, property damage, delay, cancellation, illness, weather disruption and third-party conduct.
18. Release for Sporting Activities
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the participant voluntarily assumes the ordinary and inherent risks connected with participation in sporting, training, event and community activities.
The participant releases Chimera Community LLC, its managers, members, staff, collaborators, coaches, volunteers, partners and service providers from claims arising out of ordinary risks inherent in participation, except to the extent that such claims arise from liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where the participant is a minor, the parent or legal guardian gives this release on behalf of the minor to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
19. Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chimera Community LLC, its managers, members, staff, collaborators, coaches, volunteers, partners and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with:
- The user’s breach of these Terms.
- The user’s misuse of the services.
- False, incomplete or misleading information provided by the user.
- The user’s unlawful, negligent, abusive or unsafe conduct.
- Damage caused by the user to property, venues, equipment or third parties.
- Claims brought by third parties arising from the user’s conduct.
- A minor’s participation where the user registered or authorised the minor.
This indemnity shall not apply to the extent that the relevant claim arises from the negligence, wilful misconduct or breach of law of Chimera Community LLC, where such limitation is required by applicable law.
20. Modification, Suspension or Discontinuation of Services
Chimera Community LLC may modify, suspend, replace, update or discontinue services, features, benefits or content at any time for legal, operational, technical, safety, commercial or organisational reasons.
Where a modification materially affects a paid service already purchased by the user, Chimera Community LLC will provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law, which may include an alternative service, credit, rescheduling or refund.
Chimera Community LLC will use reasonable efforts to respect rights already acquired by users.
21. Force Majeure
Chimera Community LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Force majeure events may include, without limitation:
- Natural disasters.
- Severe weather conditions.
- Epidemics or pandemics.
- War, terrorism, civil unrest or public disorder.
- Governmental or regulatory actions.
- Travel restrictions.
- Venue unavailability.
- Strikes or labour disputes.
- Power, internet or telecommunications failures.

- Accidents, emergencies or safety risks.
- Other events that are unforeseeable or unavoidable despite reasonable efforts.
Where a service cannot be provided due to force majeure, Chimera Community LLC may offer rescheduling, credit, alternative services or other remedies in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the event.
22. Data Protection
Chimera Community LLC processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable to users located in the European Economic Area.
Further information is provided in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy available on the website.
Users must provide accurate personal data and promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate or incomplete.
Where a user provides personal data relating to another person, including a minor, the user represents that they are authorised to do so.
23. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, logos, names, signs, photographs, videos, training materials, written materials, designs, graphics and other intellectual property made available by Chimera Community LLC are owned by or licensed to Chimera Community LLC.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, exploit or use such materials without prior written authorisation, except for personal and non-commercial use strictly connected with the services.
Unauthorised recording, reproduction or distribution of online meetings, classes, training sessions, materials or community content is prohibited.
24. Image, Video and Media
Participation in events, tournaments, training sessions, online activities or community activities may involve photography, video recording or other media capture.
The collection and use of images, videos, voice and likeness are governed by the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, by separate image and media release forms.
Users who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify Chimera Community LLC in advance. Chimera Community LLC will use reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, but cannot guarantee exclusion from all incidental group, crowd or event footage where this is not reasonably practicable.
For minors, media permissions must be provided by a parent or legal guardian where required.

26. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The invalid, unlawful or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted, amended or replaced to the maximum extent permitted by law in a manner that most closely reflects the original intention of the provision.
27. No Waiver
Failure by Chimera Community LLC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other right.
Any waiver must be made in writing to be effective.
28. Assignment
The user may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Chimera Community LLC.
Chimera Community LLC may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a corporate reorganisation, transfer of business, merger, sale of assets or similar transaction, provided that this does not materially prejudice mandatory user rights.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any specific service conditions accepted by the user, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Chimera Community LLC regarding the relevant services.
30. Amendments to These Terms
Chimera Community LLC may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, operational practices or business needs.
The updated version will be published on the website with the relevant revision date.
Where changes materially affect paid services already purchased, Chimera Community LLC will provide notice where required by applicable law.
Continued use of the services after publication of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless mandatory law requires a different mechanism.
31.Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection, data protection or other statutory rights that may apply to users under the laws of their country of residence, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
Nothing in this clause shall limit any mandatory rights of consumers to bring claims before the courts of their country of residence where such rights cannot be excluded by contract.
